A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. In order to enter the Contest (defined below), you must agree to comply with these Official Rules (“Official Rules” or “Rules”). The Promotion is administered and run by Google Pixel and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with NWSL. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that NWSL shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Promotion. 1. Contest Submission Period: Pixel Superfans [Seattle Reign FC vs North Carolina Courage Match Tickets] (the “Contest”) begins at [9am EST, September 24, 2025] and ends [5pm EST, September 26, 2025] (the “Contest Submission Period”). 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to: legal residents of the United States, who are above the age of eighteen (18) as of date of Submission (defined below) and who have been enrolled/received an acceptance email to participate in the Pixel Superfans program from Google. 2.1 The following people are excluded from participating in the Contest: 2.1.1 Employees of Google( “Google”), and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Google and its Affiliates”), 2.1.2. all of Google and its Affiliates’ shareholders, directors, officers, members and agents and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses); 2.1.3. and those living in the same household of any of the foregoing persons are not eligible to participate in or win the Contest. 2.1.4 Entrants from outside the United States. Void outside of the United States, and where prohibited. Google reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time. 3. How to Enter: 3.1 Entrant must follow the instructions provided below and via email/on-site [https://pixelsuperfansexperiences.withgoogle.com/] in relation to the Contest. 3.2 Entrant will opt in for a chance to receive [Seattle Reign FC vs North Carolina Courage Match Tickets] through random selection (a “Submission”). 3.3. This Submission must be submitted through the official contest submission form found on [https://pixelsuperfansexperiences.withgoogle.com/]. 3.4 All Submissions must be made during the Contest Submission Period. Entrant Submissions: 4.1 Entrant must adhere to all Instructions specified above and in all communications from Google about the Contest and to these Official Rules. 4.2 Failure to comply with these Rules and any Instructions from Google may disqualify the Entrant’s Submission to the Contest or Entrant’s receipt of a prize. 4.3 By submitting a Submission, you acknowledge and agree that your: 4.3.1 Name, image, likeness, location, and any and all photos, audios, videos and other materials included in or with the Submission, may be used to announce the winners of the Contest and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, including being posted on Google’s websites, apps, blogs, social media sites, or any other of its marketing and promotional materials; 4.3.2 Submission is voluntary and made without restriction; and 4.3.3. Entry will not place Google under any obligation outside of these Rules. 4.4 Google makes the final determination as to what Submissions are eligible to take part in the Contest. 5. The Prize shall be determined by Google in its sole discretion based on availability. 5.8 All expenses not specifically set forth herein are the winners’ sole responsibility. 5.9 Google is not responsible for any costs associated with a prize winner (or accompanying guests) travel to and from the venue. 5.10 No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Google. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Google reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 5.11 Prizes will be awarded only to an address within the United States. 6. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights: By accepting a Prize, Entrant agrees to Google and its agencies use of his or her name and/or likeness and Submission for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 7. General Rules: 7.1 Google’s decisions with respect to the application of these rules are final and binding in all respects. 7.2 By entering the Contest you agree to receive emails from Google related to the Contest.
