A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. In order to enter the Contest (defined below), you must agree to comply with these Official Rules (“Official Rules” or “Rules”). The Promotion is administered and run by Google Pixel and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with NWSL. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that NWSL shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Promotion. 1. Contest Submission Period: Pixel Superfans [Angel City FC vs Orlando Pride Match Tickets] (the “Contest”) begins at [9am EST, August 11, 2025] and ends [5pm EST, August 18, 2025] (the “Contest Submission Period”). 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to: legal residents of the United States, who are above the age of eighteen (18) as of date of Submission (defined below) and who have been enrolled/received an acceptance email to participate in the Pixel Superfans program from Google. 2.1 The following people are excluded from participating in the Contest: 2.1.1 Employees of Google( “Google”), and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Google and its Affiliates”), 2.1.2. all of Google and its Affiliates’ shareholders, directors, officers, members and agents and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses); 2.1.3. and those living in the same household of any of the foregoing persons are not eligible to participate in or win the Contest. 2.1.4 Entrants from outside the United States. Void outside of the United States, and where prohibited. Google reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time. 3. How to Enter: 3.1 Entrant must follow the instructions provided below and via email/on-site [https://pixelsuperfansexperiences.withgoogle.com/] in relation to the Contest. 3.2 Entrant will opt in for a chance to receive [Angel City FC vs Orlando Pride Match Tickets] through random selection (a “Submission”). 3.3. This Submission must be submitted through the official contest submission form found on [https://pixelsuperfansexperiences.withgoogle.com/]. 3.4 All Submissions must be made during the Contest Submission Period. Entrant Submissions: 4.1 Entrant must adhere to all Instructions specified above and in all communications from Google about the Contest and to these Official Rules. 4.2 Failure to comply with these Rules and any Instructions from Google may disqualify the Entrant’s Submission to the Contest or Entrant’s receipt of a prize. 4.3 By submitting a Submission, you acknowledge and agree that your: 4.3.1 Name, image, likeness, location, and any and all photos, audios, videos and other materials included in or with the Submission, may be used to announce the winners of the Contest and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, including being posted on Google’s websites, apps, blogs, social media sites, or any other of its marketing and promotional materials; 4.3.2 Submission is voluntary and made without restriction; and 4.3.3. Entry will not place Google under any obligation outside of these Rules. 4.4 Google makes the final determination as to what Submissions are eligible to take part in the Contest. 5. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Google reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 5.11 Prizes will be awarded only to an address within the United States. 6. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights: By accepting a Prize, Entrant agrees to Google and its agencies use of his or her name and/or likeness and Submission for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 7. General Rules: 7.1 Google’s decisions with respect to the application of these rules are final and binding in all respects. 7.2 By entering the Contest you agree to receive emails from Google related to the Contest. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF GOOGLE. 7.4 By submitting a Submission, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. 7.5 Submissions will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, as applicable, used at the time of Submission. "Authorized account holder" of an e-mail address, as applicable, is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address, as applicable, by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, as applicable, for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, as applicable. 7.6 Google reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant from the Contest if, in Google’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Google, or any judges. 7.7 The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Submissions in the Contest. Submissions generated by script or bot are not eligible. 7.7 Google reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such an event, Google will determine the winners from among eligible Submissions received (if any) prior to cancellation according to the scoring details specified above. 7.8 Google reserves the right to award fewer than the stated number of available prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible Submissions are received. 8. Privacy: 8.1 Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Google may collect, store, share and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during the registration process and the Contest, including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, assigned identification numbers, and email address. Google will use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/), including for administering the contest and verifying Entrant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event an entry qualifies for a prize. 8.2 Entrant may have the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by Sponsor in connection with the Contest by writing to Google at the following address: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043. 9. Not An Offer Or Contract Of Employment: Under no circumstances shall any Submission, awarding of a prize, or anything in these Official Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with either Google or its Affiliates. You acknowledge that you have submitted your Submission voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust. You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, agency or other relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between you and Google or its Affiliates and that no such relationship is established by your Submission under these Official Rules. 10. Limitation of Liability. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN LEGAL AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES; (2) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST, OR PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (3) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS.
